Study on Electromagnetic Properties of Graphite/Graphene/Silver-Coated Copper Powder Monolayer Coated Composites

Abstract With the rapid development of electronic technology and military techniques, electromagnetic protection materials are becoming more significant to people. Harmful radiation not only affects normal operation equipments security, but also has a serious impact on human health. At present, using absorbing shielding effective means reduce harm waves. In this project, graphite, graphene silver-coated copper powder coated composites were prepared PU-2540 polyurethane adopting coating process for substrate plain polyester/cotton fabric. The controlled variable method was used prepare study properties single-layer with different functional particle contents. result showed that within frequency range 0.01GHz~1.0GHz, when total mass particles 48% relative polyurethane, value real part dielectric constant sample remained largest its polarization ability strongest. Within 0.08GHz~1.0GHz, content 24% imaginary loss tangent kept maximum, attenuation respect waves both 1.3GHz~2.0GHz, 36% reflection -26.93dB, minimum obtained at 1.6GHz, moment which, property best.
